Process

Initial consultation

We kick off with a 1-2 hour onsite consultation at your property, where we view the location, understand your requirements, and discuss potential concept ideas. We also seek to gain an understanding of your lifestyle and how you live. This is a crucial element that ensures the best possible outcome for the project, allowing us to determine which design elements are crucial and where we can add value.

We’ll cover: proposed works, potential concepts, location and any technical elements (e.g. aspect and site access), budget, and your personal style.

Concept design

Following the onsite consultation, we use all the information gleaned to create a design concept for the space, presented to the client for feedback and sign-off. This includes a curated PDF mood board, detailing the design concept, layout, planting styles, materials and finishes, and a concept sketch of the new design.

This stage also includes an itemised preliminary quotation, ensuring the design and budget are aligned for the construction phase. Note: This is not required for every project, as each project is specific, and some clients don’t want/need any design aspects included.

Final design and planning

Following sign-off of the concept design and preliminary quotation, our team will work with you to refine the design and details, such as material and planting selection etc. This also includes styling options, putting any required samples together for review, and viewing showrooms with you or on your behalf.

We then refine and finalise the Landscape Design, formatting into a CAD document (if required), and handle any council approvals or surveys, as required.

Construction

The exciting part, seeing your project come to life! We pride ourselves on ensuring your project is constructed with the highest quality materials and finishes. All stages of the project are completed by our team of staff - nothing is outsourced or subcontracted.

Styling

The icing on the cake and just as crucial as the overall design. These are the finishing touches that bring the space together. Our design team works with you to finalise your furniture and styling elements, with logistics, delivery and installation all taken care of by us.

Maintenance and horticulture

We work with you to bring the design vision to life during the construction phase, once all completed, it’s time to hand you over to our trusted team of Horticulturalists who put together a custom maintenance plan to ensure the longevity of your project.
